Welcoming | My Peace (As we return to our seats.) | Rev. Christine Dickerson |
Precious Lord, take my hand. We find our way in life sustained by your love, buoyed by your encouraging hope. The joy we find in friendship and community is informed by your Grace, by the revelation of your living Word. We give thanks, our Creator, we praise your holy works. Too often we sin, we fall away from your light, we forget to care for one another and for your creation. Forgive us. Build our hearts and make us One in your love. Lift us about ourselves, let us seek the company of angels. We humbly pray in Jesus' name, Amen. |

Life of the Church | Special Music | Deacon Pauline Gregg |
Hear the Good News! Who is in a position to condemn? Only Christ, and Christ died for us, Christ rose for us, Christ. reigns in power for us, Christ prays for us. Anyone who is in Christ is a new creation. The old life has gone; a new life has begun. Know you are forgiven and be at peace. Amen |

Passing of the Peace | Morning Has Broken | Congregation |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |

Prelude | Gloria Patri | Praise Band |
God, source of all light, by your Word you give light to the soul. Pour out upon us the spirit of wisdom and understanding, that, through the Scriptures, our hearts and minds may be opened to know your will in our lives. Amen. |
