Welcoming | My Peace (As we return to our seats.) | Rev. Christine Dickerson |
You are a mystery, O God. You live at the heart of the universe, yet you have revealed yourself to us. To you we owe our lives, still you give us your only Son, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. You are present in all things and we receive blessings in every moment of life. Because of you we are never alone, and our fear can turn to hope. We give thanks, and in humility ask your forgiveness for the wrongs we do, that by your grace we will understand and claim right paths, ways of love and caring, a welcome for the stranger and a hope for the weary. We ask and pray in Jesus' name, Amen. |

Life of the Church | Special Music | Deacon Jackie Morgan |
Hear the Good News! Who is in a position to condemn? Only Christ, and Christ died for us, Christ rose for us, Christ reigns in power for us, Christ prays for us. Anyone who is in Christ is a new creation. The old life has gone; a new life has begun. Know you are forgiven and be at peace. Amen. |

Passing of the Peace | Holy, Holy, Holy | Congregation |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |

Prelude | Gloria Patri | Praise Band |
Guide us, O God, by your Word and Spirit, that in your light we may see light, in your truth find freedom, and in your will discover your peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen |
