Life of the Church | His Name Is Life | Dirk Voerman |
We thank you, loving God, for what we know and what we have yet to know. For the amazing beauty of this world, for the infinite stars, for the renewal of spring, for the flower that buds, then blooms. We pray that in our lives our hearts will open like the flower, and we will understand and demonstrate your love. When we fail to love, we pray that you will forgive us our sin, and that the balm of your Grace will lead us to the friend, the stranger, to our very selves, so that your desire for all your people will be realized; that we are One in you, O God. We ask in Jesus |

Passing of the Peace | Nothing But the Blood | Congregation |
Who is in a position to condemn? Only Christ, and Christ died for us, was risen for us, and reigns in power over us. Sisters and brothers hear this good news. Through Christ we are forgiven and reconciled with the Creator of all. |
||
Prelude | O God, You Are My God | Praise Band |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |
