PSPC Worship Service

We are extremely pleased to announce more progress with our committees. As you may recall, Morella Larsen announced last week she will be chairing our Stewardship Committee. We are extremely please with Morella in this role, as we know she will lead this committee with great thoughtfulness and energy.
Today we are excited to announce two more committee leaders for this next year. Patti Cameron will chair our Christian Education Committee, organizing and expanding our focus on bible studies for adults and children. Peggy and Rich Dudley will be our leaders for Congregational Life. Peggy and Rich have had extensive experience in this area by leading their congregation activities at their church in Missouri, and we look forward to experiencing the wonderful activities Peggy and Rich will be organizing for us during this next year.
If you have interest in participating on either of these committees, please contact Patti or Peggy & Rich. We are certain they would welcome the ideas and help you could provide.

ONE: May the peace of Christ be with you.

ONE: In penetence and faith let us confess our sins to almighty God.
ALL: Have mercy on us in your loving kindness, in your great compassion, cleanse us from our sin. Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Do not cast us from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from us. Restore to us the joy of your salvation and sustain us with your bountiful Spirit.

Christ died for us. Christ rose for us. Christ reigns in power for us. Christ prays for us.
Anyone who is in Christ is a new creation, the old life is gone; a new life has begun.
Know that your are forgiven and be at peace. AMEN

Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

Creator Spirit, who hovered over the waters at creations birth, who decended in the form of a dove at Jesus' baptism, who was poured out under the signs of fire and wind at Pentecost:
Come to us, open our hearts and minds, so that we may hear the Word of life and be renewed by your power, for you live and riegn with the Father and Son, now and forever. AMEN
