Welcoming | My Peace (As we return to our seats.) | Rev. Sara McCurdy |
Here we are, O God; We present ourselves to you. But how little we trust you to provide! How we fear the path to which you call us! How wayward we continue to be! Forgive our sin that leads to death. For you call us to obedience, which leads to righteousness and life. Fill us with faith and loyalty to you. Make us obedient from the heart, generous to the people you send our way, and open to your bountiful grace. |

Life of the Church | Special Music | Elder Morella Larsen |
Who is in a position to condemn? Only Christ, and Christ died for us, was risen for us, and reigns in power over us. Sisters and brothers hear this good news. Through Christ we are forgiven and reconciled with the Creator of all. |
||
Passing of the Peace | God of Grace and God of Glory | Congregation |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |
||
Prelude | Gloria Patri | Praise Band |
Lord, open our hearts and minds by the power of your Holy Spirit, that as the Scriptures are read and your Word is proclaimed, we may hear with joy what you say to us today. Amen |
