Welcoming | My Peace (As we return to our seats.) | Rev. Christine Dickerson |
Each day, our Creator, we look around us and see the works of your hands. We understand the gifts you have given each of us, and are thankful as we eat each meal, remembering those who grew our food; thankful for those who give us care, thankful for the simple kind act of a stranger. WE are thankful for so much, but sometimes we forget to be truly thankful and grateful for the presence of your love in all things. We pray that you will forgive our sin of narrow sight, and grant us the gift of the light that brings all your world together. Let us help one another with our gifts, O God. In Jesus’ name. Amen. |

Life of the Church | Special Music | Elder Dick Schultz |
Hear the Good News! Who is in a position to condemn? Only Christ, and Christ died for us, Christ rose for us, Christ reigns in power for us, Christ prays for us. Anyone who is in Christ is a new creation. The old life has gone; a new life has begun. Know you are forgiven and be at peace. Amen. |
||
Passing of the Peace | To God Be the Glory | Congregation |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |

Prelude | Gloria Patri | Praise Band |
Teach us, O God, by your Word and Spirit, help us to hear, know and live the Gospel so that we might proclaim in work and deed, the Good News that you offer us this day. A message of peace to the whole community and love with faith through Christ our Lord. Amen |
